Sołtys family genealogy information

Few years ago I started collecting my family info with aim to create my family history. It's not so easy as I thought at the beginning of the process. I spent many time on it and I still don't have many important information about it. At this time my work took the priority before genealogy research. Research is only my hobby, and I can't spent as much time as I want on it. There is some progress but not very fast. To collect my genealogy information I start using computer program: GRAMPS Genealogy System. This program is available only for Linux/Unix system. Till this time it cover all my requirements. Names in my family

Main surname which I'm researching is: Soltys
also other names, also many other names like: Miskowicz, Bryja, Silan, Gombos and many others (Complete list will be available soon). Sometimes names are written in different spellings i.e: Miskovic, Miskovitcs, Miskovics, Soltis, Soltesz, Vojtiscko, Brija, Macicak, Mihalicek, Mihalicsek.

More information will be available as soon as I collect it and put into electronic form. There is still a lot things to do and many information to check. I still receiving e-mails from people with questions if we are related or not and this is good motivation for me to check information and work on my genealogy.
